Well-selected 80 kinds of raw matetials have been fermented and aged slowly in the earthen pot for more than a year. These processes make the enzyme more excellent.
“The earthen pot” allows air to pass through easily unlike a plastic or a stainless steel tank, and also has a function to keep the temperature in the pot constant.
Therefore, fermenting-useful bacteria (Koji mold ・ Lactic acid bacteria ・ Yeasts) enable to continue to ferment stably without influence from outside air temperature.
The ultra-red ray effect and good breathability make the plant extract breath, ferment and age. Moreover, radium ore contained in the material of the earthen pot generates natural ions, and it leads to high-quality fermentation and aging.
