Lion's Mane Mushroom is a mushroom belonging to family Hericiaceae that is few in number in Japan. It grows on the trunk or the stump of broadleaf trees such as sawtooth oak, walnut and chinquapin trees.In China, it is called “Hou Tou Gu” and has been traditionally used and appreciated.
It has no pileus and is characterized by its unique appearance like a hedgehog.
Lion's Mane Mushroom is rich in vitamins, amino acids and minerals as well as β‐glucan and dietary fiber.
“AMYLOBAN 3399” is made only from Lion's Mane Mushroom that is grown in contract farms. And it proceeds to a manufacturing process after being sterilized and powdered.
