【Suggested use】
Take several to dozens of capsules daily with or without water.
In order to make a habit of taking, it is recommended to take Pure Propolis at the same time everyday, and divide the dose into 2 to 3 times after or between meals.
If you have difficulty swallowing a capsule, you may squeeze out the capsule content and dissolve in water under 30 degrees celcius. Or you may crush and chew a capsule in your mouth and drink only capsules content.
※DO NOT take Pure Propolis with hot beverages or stimulants such as coffee or alcohol.
