Our own special blending ratio of two types of propolis extract achieved a success in producing reduced-spicy, delicious propolis candy with its natural taste.

| ◆Use of Two Different Types of Extraction Method |
Ethanol extraction propolis: The most popular type of propolis extract. It conatins wide varieties of propolis components.
Micellar extraction propolis: Mild taste propolis.
It has a true taste of propolis which can be loved by everyone.
Using the two types of extract allows the candy to have the true taste of propolis.
Micelle Extraction Method (Non-Alcoholic Extraction Process)
It was common for propolis to be extracted via alcohol extraction method or water extraction method. But these methods differ in efficiency and extracted components.
Micellar extraction derives components with glycerin and water. Glycerin contributes to efficiently derive hydrophilic components of propolis. And by mediating the interaction between glycerin and emulsifier, it derives also alcohol-soluble components, removing foreign substances such as wax etc.
Micellar extraction method combines both benefits of alcohol and water extractions.
