Oyster extract is a condensed beneficial nutrient derived from oyster which is in season in winter. It is a superior food supplement which can make up for the loss of nutrients in daily diet.OYSTER Z is made from Japanese oyster. Compared with other oysters, Japanese oyster is adaptable to environmental changes and provides a good balance of nutrients.
It is composed of abundant minerals including zinc, taurine, glycogen and nucleic acid related compounds.
Some of nutritional components of oyster are altered by heat and pressure. Oyster Z is therefore prepared by extracting gradually with hot water. Accordingly it does not contain water-insoluble fat and cause any excessive oxidation of fat. It has undergone the process of removing toxic substances to boost the effectiveness of beneficial nutritional components of oyster.
